Rental, Sales & Training of Security Dogs

  • Rentals of Security Dogs

    Partnering with other security providers to enhance their customers' service experience, we provide professionally trained security dogs on a monthly rental basis.

  • Sales of Security Dogs

    We specialize in the provision of professionally trained dogs for security, pcersonal protection and substance detection.

    We also currently have two fully trained Bloodhounds available for tracking.

  • Training of Security Dogs

    Training a dog requires time, patience and consistent effort and for those of us who are unable to make the commitment necessary for success, inboard training is the solution. The dog stays in our kennels for a period of three to four weeks, where he receives professional training.

  • Protection Training

    Teaches dogs to bite on command, patrol fences, and bark at intruders - all while remaining under on-lead control. Suitable for dogs over 1 year old who have completed basic obedience.

  • Advanced Protection

    Focuses on off-lead control and includes distance attack, recall, and basic tracking. Requires completion of basic protection as a prerequisite.

  • Trained Protection Dogs for Sale:

    We offer a selection of fully trained personal protection dogs, priced based on breed, training level, and overall suitability.

    Profiles available upon request.

  • Security Dogs for Rent:

    Professionally trained guard dogs available for monthly rental - includes kennel, food/water bowls, and handler gear.

    Dogs remain under our care and oversight.

  • Security Officers with or without Canine's:

    Available on flexible, month-to-month contracts.

    Whether you need a solo officer or a full Canine-supported unit, we can tailor a solution to your site's needs.

SASSETA-Accredited Handler Training (DH1–DH3)

Canine Specialists Services offers the following training courses:

  • Certified DH to DH level training for Dog Handler.
  • Dog Handler Induction Training over a period of one day - Focuses on the basic handling and care for a service dog. This service is free to our Dog Rental clients. Handlers are issued with a certificate on completion of the course.
