3. Refund Policy

We understand that training and security services involve trust and commitment. The following refund policy applies:

A. General Conditions

  • Refunds are available only if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the agreed start date.

  • No refunds are available once services (boarding, training, security) commence.

B. Exclusions:

  • Trained protection dog purchases

  • Partially used daycare or boarding

  • Emergency security deployments

C. Process:

Email a refund request to info@canineexplore.co.za. Include name, proof of payment, and cancellation reason. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
