4. Terms of Service

This agreement applies to all Canine Explore clients engaging in any training, boarding, daycare, or canine security service.

A. Scope of Services

Canine Explore offers:

• Basic to advanced obedience training

• Protection and tracking training

• Dog boarding and daycare

• Canine security deployment with or without handlers

B. Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

• Invoices are payable in full before the commencement of services.

C. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must disclose aggressive behaviour, health issues, or prior training.

• Clients must collect their pets on agreed dates.

D. Liability Waiver

While every precaution is taken to protect the wellbeing of all dogs and staff, Canine Explore cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from inherent animal behaviour or handler error beyond our supervision.

E. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be settled in a competent court in Gauteng Province.
